Are online home-price estimates useful? – What Orange County Registers Readers think

A poll from a couple of days ago on the OC Register asks readers if they think AVM’s are accurate? Find the poll here

I know many Realtors don’t like Zillow, Trulia, or Cyberhomes but still look at the numbers just because they know their potential clients will be looking.

Well here is the current Stats of the poll and only 5% think they are very accurate.
