Supra eKey running in Parallels on Mac

A reader sent me an email today asking:

I’ve installed Parallels on my Mac and I am not able to use Supra Ekey in Parallels.? It won’t recognize the cradle (cradle not found); any suggestions??

I have not tried this.

So I am putting the question out to my other readers and I know there are a few Mac users out there. Does anyone have any suggestions.
