Cyberhomes gets a mention at Lifehacker

All we have been hearing about for the longest time is Zillow this and Zillow that. Cyberhomes, brought to you buy FNRIS is also an AVM that probably has better results than Zillow because their data is more in depth. They probably have more records because if you don’t know they are part of the parent company of Fidelity Title, Ticor Title, and Chicago Title.

One thing you might not know is that Cyberhomes is offering to put a brokers listings on Cyberhomes for free. I don’t know if this is for all of the US but I do know they have started doing this in California. How the consumer finds homes for sale on Cyberhomes I cannot tell. When I did a search on Cyberhomes for my old house it didn’t show me any houses for sale near buy, but this also could be because Cyberhomes relationship is with the broker maybe there aren’t any brokers that have listed anything in my old neighborhood. Zillow is letting anyone post a house for sale so even the home owner can put there house up.

Anyways, this was just a quick note about Cyberhomes getting a mention at Lifehacker.
